I can't compete. Within his inner Adonis DNA, there is a genius of a writer. He is spinning words together like... Spider-Man spinning webs... It's genius. It's out of the box. It's surprising.
Ok. Not really. It's pretty horrific. This VERY public meltdown.
But it does worry me as a writer. We now have the technology to witness in real time tragedies, dramas, comedies. And the truth is always more compelling than the fiction. How do we as writers compete with real drama playing out in real time? I'm a fast writer, but I can't write THAT fast.
Is Charlie Sheen killing scripted drama? In a way that "Reality Television" didn't?
Will his Tiger Blood put us all out of work?
